"Přemysl Otakar II." was Tarantula's biggest hit before the release of Mobilis in mobili. It was part of the "Ottokarian trilogy" which chronologically included songs "Kressenbrunn 1263", "Přemysl Otakar II.", and "Kunhutin pláč" (The Lamentations of Kunigunda). The lyrics of the songs are about life and death of one of the most powerful and greatest Czech medieval kings, Přemysl Otakar II., also known as Ottokar II, the member of the House of Přemyslid, the first Czech reigning dynasty. The song "Ktož jste boží bojovníci" (Ye Who Are Warriors of God), often nicknamed "Božáci", is also a historical song about the Czech protestant warriors with a very satisfactory musical ending. The sources and audio files are listed here.
